We, Keystone Record Collectors (KRC) and the Pennsylvania Jaycees Bingo Hall and their staff and volunteers are not liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons, personal property or Bingo Hall and building and grounds property, intentional or negligent, before, during or after and said Pennsylvania Music Expo or meeting.

Each dealer is responsible for leaving his/her table area in the same condition as originally found, this includes cleaning of up ANY debris you left. Failure to do so will result in losing the opportunity to rent table(s) at future KRC shows. All tables MUST be covered with some type of covering.

We, KRC, DO NOT PERMIT the sale of any unauthorized recordings. If any authorized organization finds this material in your stock, you will be SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any repercussions you may encounter.

We, KRC, are not responsible for federal, state or any local taxes or bonds. Each dealer/member is responsible for his/her own.

We, KRC, are not responsible for any stolen or lost merchandise. Dealer vigilance is encouraged.

Your signature on this document confirms your understanding and acceptance of these policies and conditions and releases KRC from any potential liability.
